Elektronik Harp Sistemi Projesi
Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri [TSK] envanterindeki taarruz ve genel
maksat helikopterlerinin; ısı, radar ve lazer güdümlü füzelerden
korunmasını sağlamak üzere Savunma Sanayi ıcra Komitesi [SSıK]
kararıyla 8 Ekim 1997 tarihinde başlatılan ve Savunma Sanayi
Müsteşarlığı [SSM] tarafından yürütülen Helikopter Elektronik
Harp Sistemi [HEWS] projesi altı ana alt projeden oluşmaktadır.
Projelerden ikisi tamamlanmış, diğer dördü ile ilgili Áalışmalara
ise devam edilmektedir.
HEWS kapsamında tanımlanan özsavunma EH sistemi; Kızılötesi
Bastırıcı, Kızılötesi Karıştırıcı, Karşı Tedbir Dağıtıcı Sistemi,
Füze ıkaz Sistemi, Lazer ıkaz Alıcısı, Radar ıkaz Alıcısı
ve Radar Karıştırıcı ve Merkezi ışlemci Birimi altsistemlerinden
oluşmaktadır. Proje kapsamında yaklaşık 400 helikopterin IR
Bastırıcı ve Karıştırıcı, 410 adet platformun Karşı Tedbir
Dağıtıcı Sistemi, 360 helikopterin Radar ıkaz Alıcısı ve 230
helikopterin de Radar Karıştırıcı sistemleri ile donatılması
planlanıyor. |

Electronic Warfare System Project
The
Helicopter Electronic Warfare Suit [HEWS] project was initiated
by the Turkish Defence Industry Executive Committee in 1997,
and was overseen by the Turkish Defence Industry Undersecretariat
[SSM]. The HEWS project was begun to protect the attack
and general purpose helicopters of the Turkish Armed Forces
[TAF] against infrared [IR], radar and laser guided missiles.
Two of the six sub-projects have now been completed, while
studies regarding the remaining four are continuing.
The Electronic Warfare self protection system comprises:
an IR suppressor, an IR counter measure system [IRCM], a
missile-warning system [MWS], a countermeasures dispenser
system [CMDS], a laser-warning receiver [LWR], a radar-warning
receiver [RWR] and radio frequency jammer [RFJ], and a central
processing unit [CPU]. Under the HEWS project, some 400
helicopters in the inventory will be integrated with IR
suppression and IRCM systems, 410 will be integrated with
CMDSs, 360 of them will receive RWRs and 230 of them will
receive RFJs.
