Plan ilk olarak 11 Kasım 2002 tarihinde sunuldu. Daha sonra,
10 Aralık 2002, 26 Şubat 2003 ve 29 Mart 2004Õde revize edilmiş
versiyonları sunuldu. Planın en son şekli ise taraflara Birleşmiş
Milletler Genel Sekreteri tarafından Bürgenstock/ısviÁre'de
31 Mart 2004 tarihinde sunuldu. Sözkonusu planın bir parÁası
olan metinde yapılan aÁıklayıcı düzeltmeler ise 18 NisanÕda
duyuruldu. AÁıklayıcı düzenlemeleri ve diğer teknik değişiklikleri
de iÁeren 31 Mart belgesinin geÁerli versiyonu Genel SekreterÕin
÷zel Temsilcisi Alvaro de SOTO tarafından belgelenip 23 Nisan

Comments
on the ANNAN Plan
The
Annan Plan was first presented on November 11, 2002, with
revisions subsequently issued on December 10, 2002, February
26, 2003 and March 29, 2004. The UN Secretary-General presented
the final version of the plan to the parties on March 31,
2004, in Bürgenstock, Switzerland. Corrigenda and clarifications
to this text, which form an integral part of the text, were
issued on April 18. The authoritative version of the March
31 text, including these corrigenda and other technical
changes, was authenticated by the Secretary-General's Special
Adviser on Cyprus, Alvaro de SOTO, and submitted to the
parties on April 23, 2004. This article will review the
Cyprus issue and the ANNAN Plan.
